About Us

The Community Care Network was setup by Pastor Martyn Sullivan, a local church minister who has worked in the South Kirkby, South Elmsall, Upton and Hemsworth area for the last 20yrs.

The Community Care Network has been setup to help local people by providing a platform for those who are passionate about their local community and want to help those less fortunate than themselves.

The Community Care Network is not a substitute for professional services and volunteers are unable to carry out any personal care, housework or other domestic tasks.

The Community Care Network cannot provide emergency or acute support and cannot offer services to people with specific mental health needs or offer medical advice. As a voluntary service the Community Care Network seeks to compliment the work already being done by professional services.

The Community Care Network also seeks to provide a signposting service enabling it's volunteers to point those members of our community who require further support in the right direction.
